As a hairstylist with 14 years of experience, I have developed a deep love for balayage and lived-in color techniques. My expertise allows me to create beautiful looks that enhance my clients' natural beauty and make them feel confident in their own skin.

Beyond hair, I enjoy spending quality time with my family by going camping. Being right here in The Natural State allows me to connect with nature, not too far from home. Additionally, I have a strong affinity for music, enjoying the sounds of a campfire and playing my favorite tunes while camping is heaven.

I also have a passion for supporting local businesses, especially those owned by women. I recognizes the importance of community and empowerment, and I actively contribute to these causes by patronizing and promoting women-owned businesses.

I’ve been in the industry since 2003 and I truly enjoy what I do. I love getting to know my clients and finding a style that is an expression of who they are. I believe your hair is one of your best accessories so have fun with it! Some of my favorite things are cutting pixies and doing lived in colors! 

Outside of work I love doing yoga, running and being outside working in my yard. And loving on all of my plants at home and in Bloom! 

My husband and I have three boys that are almost grown and they are my whole world! 

My hours at the salon are Monday-Friday 10:30-5 and the easiest way to reach me is by booking online.

My name is Lauren Rainbolt. I graduated from the cosmetology program at imagine: A Paul Mitchell Partner School in July of 2010. I then enrolled in the Learning Leader program and received my cosmetology educator license. I started my career teaching new students the basics of cosmetology, which is the foundation of hairstyling. In 2012 I started my first job behind the chair. The word job feels a bit foreign to me because I don’t feel as if what I do every day is a “job”. It is so rewarding to get the opportunity to practice my craft day in and day out while simultaneously making others feel happy and more confident. Aside from hair, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. My wife and I love to entertain and host parties. In December of 2022 we hosted our most favorite party of all, our wedding reception. Christmas is my absolute favorite time of year! The joy I experience with the sounds and the colors and the warmth is unlike any other feeling to me.

Summer Campbell Collins is Hairstylist who also is an organizer and activist. She has worked as a Hairstylist since 2003. Summer was named Best Hairstylist in 2010 by Soirée magazine, trained with Oribe Canals, worked for Luxury Brand Partners, and has always continued to hone in on her expertise in this industry. “The hair industry has allowed and taught me how to be a community leader. The hair industry is so much more than anyone besides a Hairstylist could ever imagine. Bloom Salon means so much because of its dedication to our community, to giving back and its passion for the environment.”

As an activist, she is a proud member of the LGBTQ community and is an alumni of The LGBTQ Victory Institute Candidate & Campaign training. Summer served as Pulaski County Clerk Terri Hollingsworth’s campaign manager in Hollingsworth’s successful election bids in 2018 and 2022. She ran for Justice of the Peace, District 2 in the 2022 May primary. Heavily involved in her community, Summer is a graduate of Class XXXVII of Leadership Greater Little Rock with the Little Rock Chamber of Commerce and currently serves as the secretary of her Neighborhood Association.

Summer’s motto has always been, “Never underestimate the power of hairstylist.”

She enjoys spending time with her wife, Adrienne and their pets Blue, Chuy, Howard & Ruthie. She adores her family and loves family parties. She is a huge Kansas City Chiefs fan, a Scorpio, a cat lady, and has deep love for Broadway musicals. She will always stand up and speak out for racial justice and will not tolerate any type of racism. One more thing…Go Chiefs!!

And a little about me: I have been doing hair since 2011. After 1 year of apprenticeship I found myself in my very own chair and 5 years later on to my first very own business! I worked as a Davines color educator for several years before finding my forever salon home and family at Bloom Salon.

Behind the scene I’m usually out in the woods in my tiny home (living 30 feet from my two best friends in their tiny home!), creating handcrafted art, playing in my garden, attending art markets, or cuddling my two black kitties, Mustard and Murphy.

Hello all! My name is Rachael Emerson and 

I have had dedicated the past 10+ years of my life to honing and developing my craft as a stylist behind the chair. Color, specifically blonding, will always be my favorite thing. I just love how someone can walk out a completely different person than when they walked in with just a few pops of color 🌈

Throughout this career, I have been given the opportunity to spend time and go through life with some of the coolest people I’ve ever met. I have cried over deaths, divorces, miscarriages, and losses of all kinds. I have also screamed and jumped up and down with tears of joy streaming down my face when that couple that has been trying for so long finally becomes pregnant; when I get to see the person who was so tempted to settle, build a life with a partner better than their biggest dreams; or when the kid who struggled so much through school gets their first job out of college. I truly feel like I have the coolest job in the world. Between being a full time college student and working full time behind the chair, free time is hard to come by. But when there is a day for rest, I like to keep it low key. Spending time with my husband and our two cats Bruce and Brian, or playing with my niece is the best way to spend a free day.

Hello there! I’m Steven, or Satch as a few call me. I’m the guy working in the back trying to stay out of everyone’s way. ;-)

Little about me: I started my hair journey in 2017, which has included continued education, apprenticeships, shows, and networking with some of my personal favorite stylists all things that have lead me to work here at Bloom! (Finally!!!)

If I was to define my style of work, I’d like to say natural and blended, my favorite being hair painting. I’ve worked hard to focus on things like hair health and finding my personal flavor of styling and I have to say, I’m really happy to be where I’m at with it.

Behind the hair world scene I’m usually out in the woods working on our tiny home nested on 10 acres, dealing with my zoo of fur critter babies, playing video games, or doing some type of craft project. I like to stay busy! I’m happy to chat so if you bump into me say hello!

I believe that big transformations and small shifts alike can make an incredible impact on the shape of your hair. Shags, mullets and in between, from the jellyfish to a classic bob, curtain bangs and micro fringe, holler at me for all things fun, funky and texture!

My absolute favorite thing about my career is the people I meet and the relationships I develop with my clients. The most important aspect of your experience with me is for you to feel comfortable to be yourself with me, and walk out the door feeling beautiful, confident, and refreshed!
